I feel so privileged to collaborate with Sarah Grace Knutson and Carmen Wiste as we share our authentic selves as we navigate motherhood.

I usually shared the edited version my reality with most people. As we are moving forward with more and more episodes, I find myself sharing more of my un-edited version, the real story with more people.

This feels so authentic and true to myself and i am walking the talk of owning my path. This is so healing for me and creates more opportunity for connection, and connection is what i am all about.
